This role will be on a remote contract.

We are looking for someone to:
- Create offer letters and contracts of employment for new starters and assist with the full onboarding process and documentation, including verification of right to work checks
- Process changes to terms and HR system amendments
- Process leavers and conduct exit interviews
- Ensure all changes are processed accurately, within business SLAs and by payroll deadlines
- Ensure data is accurately entered into and maintained on our HR system
- Monitor the HR Admin email inbox and respond to queries
- Support with ad-hoc HR project work and monthly HR reporting
You must have:
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal and numerical skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to work on own initiative and prioritise own workload. This will involve managing multiple deadlines, while working within a remote team.
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
