iGO4 are an innovative insurance broker working with several well-known brands to provide insurance services and solutions along with being leaders in the telematics markets.
Here at iGO4 we are currently looking to recruit an experienced administrator to support our HR team. This is a hybrid opportunity to work from home and 2 days per week at our head office in Peterborough.
Duties will include:
HR Administration
· Provide proactive, professional HR administration support to the HR Department and wider organisation.
· Support the HR team with maintaining accurate and appropriate data within the associated areas of responsibility and processes.
· Maintain confidential files and company data both electronically and manually.
· Produce documents and correspondence and keep employee records updated.
· Produce monthly starter, leaver, benefits and headcount reports and other ad hoc reports and statistics as required.
· Process any changes to employee terms and conditions.
· Complete all necessary actions with regards to starters and leavers.
· Support the HR Manager and Officers with ad hoc administrative and operational activity.
· Upload employee details and any changes to the HR System
HR Recruitment:
· Receive and screen all applications.
· Send acknowledgement letters/emails to candidates who have applied for positions.
· Arrange interviews in accordance with interviewer availability.
· Prepare and send out successful and unsuccessful letters/emails to candidates.
· Carry out all required document checks.
· Set up new starter personnel files.
· Inform Business Services and Payroll of new starter details.
Who are we looking for?
Are you an experienced administrator with strong PC and communication skills?
We are looking for someone who is used to working in a fast-paced office environment with strong organisational skills and working as part of a team. In addition, you will:
· Have excellent attention to detail.
· Be a team player and have excellent communication skills.
· You will reside in the UK and be able to commute to our Peterborough office 2 days a week.

Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
