As a HR Administrator you will provide proactive support within our busy HR team, we support our Fenwick Stores, Restaurants and Distribution Centres.

Supporting with end-to-end colleague lifecycle administration you’ll share knowledge with managers, resolve queries quickly and thoroughly you will truly live our ‘Customer First’ value every time by ensuring an exceptional colleague experience.

You will live our value ‘Respect and Work Together’ through collaboration and partnering with the wider HR team and both internal and external stakeholders.

Continuous improvement is important to us and in the spirit our value of ‘Be Bold and Courageous,’ you will be actively involved in process improvement within the People Team.

You will thrive working collaboratively and independently and be comfortable challenging others and the work we do. By ‘Owning and Delivering’ your promises you’ll manage your day-to-day workload and contribute to working towards with the strategic objectives of the team and the business.

Using our HRIS to reconfigure processes, analyse data, produce reports, and take unnecessary complexity away you’ll help the team ensure we ‘Keep It Simple’ and improve what we do each day.
