Job description
We are now looking for a HR Administrator to join our team in South Mimms. You will be a central point of contact for the project for the HR team. You will support the team with various tasks and input into the wider stratey.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to internal and external HR related queries or requests
- Redirect HR related calls/correspondence to the appropriate person within the HR team
- Maintain database of employee records
- Consult with all 3 parent company employee services to obtain information and support the team
- Assist with new employee onboarding process
Maintain HR inbox, dealing and responding to requests in a timely manner
Ensure all sickness forms and return to work are filed on employees records
Collect HR metrics for monthly reports
Profile
- Competent general IT skills
- Ability to multitask and respond to crucial requests
- Experience of working within an administrative, support role within a team environment
- Ability to remain calm and focused in challenging situations
