Job description
Apparently, job seekers only spend a matter of seconds reading a job advert so because of this, we have decided not to include the ins and outs of our company here (and this isn’t because it’s not important!) but what we’d really love you to do instead is take a look at our website which we’re sure will give you a great insight into our company, CLBD - https://clbd.org.uk/
Moving onto you, our potential new team member…we don’t require you to have previous experience in care therefore, we will consider all applications…
Overall, we are looking for individuals who are caring, who understand the great impact that they can have on the lives of our service users; and who can build great relationships with all including the services users, their families and colleagues.
You will help our service users with their day to day life, and the little things that we may take for granted.
You don’t need to be an up and coming MasterChef contestant and serve up beef wellington every night; if you can work an oven and cook a meal, that’s good enough.
We aren’t on a search for the next Mrs Hinch; we just expect our houses (which are homes to our service users) to be kept clean and tidy.
We don’t ask that you’ve obtained a first-class degree from the University of Oxford (although we are more than happy to consider paying for relevant qualifications); we just require you to attend/complete all training which is provided, and apply such training to your day to day duties.
