With five hotels currently in our portfolio, all located in London’s bustling West End, we’re looking for an experienced, vibrant, and energetic HR administrator to join the team.
As HR Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all files are up to date and the HR systems are updated regularly, assist the HR Team, Employees and Managers with queries.
- Administration
- Manage Absence record keeping within HRIS and Payroll.
- To assist the HR department with monthly reporting requirements.
- Employee file maintenance including audit.
- Prepare Offer Letters and Contract of Employment
- Organise and conduct Company Induction
