What would I be doing day to day?

Job Title: HR Administrator

Location: London - hybrid working pattern

Salary: £32,000

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Provide day to day support to the Business Services and HR Business Partner teams
  • Support with the onboarding process of new all starters
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR enquires
  • Produce monthly HR reports
  • Collate data for HR projects, TUPE's and Audits
  • ER caseload management and taking minutes in ER meetings
  • Create and manage HR documents
  • Provide ad hoc HR support to the Global HR Business Partners

What is the company looking for?

  • Previous HR experience is essential, ideally 2 years plus
  • Previous experience with HR reporting
  • Understanding of the full employee life cycle
  • CIPD qualified would be beneficial but not essential
  • Degree in a relatable subject highly advantageous
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders across different business units
  • Competent in MS Office packages
