If you’ve got a marketing background then this is a great opportunity to deepen your knowledge, whilst gaining exposure across many areas within Heathrow including Marketing & Digital, Communications, Retail, Property, Services, and Operations.
This exciting and varied role involves helping to roll out a new signage strategy, managing our rostered agencies and delivering our BAU activity. The candidate will also manage Heathrow’s existing brand partnerships, assist on new brand partnerships, and help deliver 360 activations across relevant marcomms channels.
Your role will involve:
- Owning the Weekly Signage Collaboration meeting with stakeholders from Services, Operations, Security, Property, Media, Retail, Surface access, Marketing, Comms, Heathrow Express
- Managing BAU signage/ wayfinding activity, guidelines, SharePoint and providing support for reactive requests from across the business
- Supporting the wider marketing team on signage strategy projects such as ‘Building Back Capacity’ signage, guideline updates and agency roster retender
- Liaising with external stakeholders such as our design, print and installation agencies, Border Force and Heathrow on-airport operational teams to assist with the delivery of signage/ wayfinding updates on digital and fixed formats
- Manage the current Sanrio - Mr Men partnership and identify opportunities to amplify across our marcomms channels
- Managing partnership requests from around the business and through 3rd parties
These skills are essential:
- Excellent English writing and language
- Previous marketing background either through working in a similar role or professional marketing qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook
- Extremely organised with excellent administration skills
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Creative minded with a passion for furthering a marketing career
