We are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join our HR team on a permanent basis. This exciting opportunity will offer you a great insight into a wide range of HR related work. Our Ideal candidate:
The chosen HR Administrator will be a skilled multitasker, have excellent communication skills and a good eye for detail.
You will be well organised, proactive and have the confidence to communicate processes to employees and managers. You will be able to react to changes and problem solve effectively, offering viable solutions to recruitment and HR issues.
Your contribution to the team includes:
- Proactively coordinate the new starter and leaver processes, creating offer letters, pre-employment screening, updating people databases and managers.
- Update HR systems with all relevant people changes.
- Administration of rewards and benefits.
- Provide support for monthly HR reporting, including absence and exit survey data.
- Provide administrative support for payroll.
- Manage paperwork sessions and legal employment compliance.
- To be the first point of contact for HR related queries.
- Manage the HR admin inbox.
- Support delivery of employee and wellbeing initiatives.
- Office management tasks as required.
What you need to be successful:
- Experience of working in an HR environment or fast paced office.
- Experience of team working.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient user of Microsoft applications.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Resilient and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work within a highly confidential environment.
- Ability to work to instruction and with initiative, and a willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects.
Desirable experience:
- Will have or be willing to work towards CIPD level 3.

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
