Amorino UK is currently undergoing a fast-growing plan and is looking for a proactive, ambitious and eager to learn HR Intern who has a keen interest in the hospitality industry.

You will have the opportunity to work on real projects from day one, gaining a breadth of experience in every single step of the HR life cycle from recruitment to offboarding, through ER, People culture and Compliance. The successful candidate will be joining an encouraging and friendly HR team.

Main Duties:

- Coordination and assistance with recruitment for a wide range of roles
- Support with drafting relevant HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, leaver acknowledgement letters, new joiner confirmation of first-day emails, end of probation confirmation emails/letters. etc
- Coordination and administration of new joiner first-day induction, induction packs, induction training
- Completing general admin duties on a day-to-day basis
- First point of contact for candidate queries
- Updating, formatting and creating staff files
- Maintenance of HR and Benefits systems- HRIS (Deputy) and Operational system (Revel- Clock-in Clock-out System)
- Production of reports as requested from HR systems, e.g. starters, leavers, absence, headcount, organizational charts, general management information.
- Management of confidential and sensitive data
- Others Ad-hoc accordingly.

Key Skills:

Minimum 2 years experience ideal
