What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Project Manager who's primary role is to act as a single point of contact for the Unify Services (CCS) 'practice', working closely with customers and the internal delivery teams to drive the successful delivery of projects, primarily around the Unify (OpenScape) product set in a client consulting environment.
You will need to have BPSS clearance and be eligible for SC clearance, as well as have NPPV or be eligible for it. The role is home based which the occasional travelling to customer site.
What will you do?
Customer contact for all matters related to the execution of the project
Management of customer expectations, responsible for the strategic and operational implementation of customer requirements
Staffing of the delivery team
Managing the delivery team on a day-to-day basis
Delivering draft and detailed project plans
Supporting negotiations
Managing change and claims
Manage required reviews, e.g. solution architecture review
Delivering initial and final project acceptance
Ensuring continuity to maintenance hase incl. handover
Managing operational matter with 3rd party suppliers
Risk management

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
2 years of operational Project Management or Service Management experience
2 years of experience withing the IT and/or telecom sector
Certification by the industry standards PMI or IPMA, others in addition
Advanced knowledge according to project category
Basic knowledge in SAP
Expert knowledge in MS Project
Advanced knowledge in SEN portfolio
Basic knowledge in industry standard portfolio
