Our company is seeking an experienced, hard-working general manager with a passion for exceeding customer expectations. As a member of our team, the General Manager will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and training employees and ensuring that guests' needs are met. The Executive Manager will also be required to create efficient business strategies that are in line with company objectives and play an integral part in developing long-term goals.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with other employees.
- Encourage growth in store employees.
- Establish a working environment that contributes to the overall success of the organization.
- Interpret and enforce organizational goals and objectives in order to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Display good communication skills.
- Maintain effective relationships with product vendors, suppliers, and employees.
- Supervise daily operations of store in accordance with purchasing agreements, company policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
