We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join us in our office in Manchester. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will enable our customers to buy or sell their cars with ease.
Being the voice of Auto Trader, you will provide unique support to our customers through inbound/outbound calls, emails and live chat. You will own the customer interaction from the first initial query through to resolution, ensuring the customer receives not just a brilliant outcome but also an effortless experience. Queries will range from requests for information and help to create adverts, through to technical support queries. It isn't just about answering queries; you will gain automotive and product knowledge and use this to ensure our customers get the most from our products and services.
What we're looking for
- Experience in a customer focused environment and passionate about offering first class customer experiences
- Experience in using a windows computer and email across different apps, browsers and devices
- You get a real satisfaction out of resolving things and are a great problem solver
- You have great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- You are able to handle customer queries in a professional and empathetic way across multiple channels (such as calls, emails and live chat)

We offer a salary of £21,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience, and a flexible benefits package to support your health and well-being. You'll have 28 days holiday per year, and that's in addition to bank holidays and half day closures on Christmas and New Year's Eve. Our Customer Service Advisors work Sunday – Friday from 9.00am – 5.30pm including Bank Holidays. The number of Bank Holidays worked is determined by team size. As the team evolves you may also be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis; the frequency of this will be determined by team size.
For any weekend or Bank Holiday work carried out, you will have a day off in the week.
