Exciting Opportunity: Senior Brand Manager - 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract - Egham, UK

Key responsibilities


As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping our brand's journey. Working in conjunction with the Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the building, development, and launch of an exciting branded dairy proposition, driving innovation and market disruption. Your creative instincts and market acumen will be put to the test as you collaborate with key agency partners to develop an inspiring creative platform and consumer campaign that unlocks the full potential of our brand through various brand communications channels, including social media and digital touchpoints.



In this role, you will lead and run crucial elements of the Integrated Marketing Communications and Launch Activation Plan, ensuring seamless coordination with our agency partners for a successful product launch. Your ability to influence and build effective relationships will be instrumental in working with commercial colleagues to secure listings and distribution with key customers.



You will also be the driving force behind tracking and evaluating in-market performance, utilizing your analytical skills and commercial acumen to identify opportunities to accelerate and optimize brand performance, ensuring we meet our business and commercial metrics.

Qualifications and skills

  • Degree qualified in a relevant field
  • Demonstrable experience in Brand Marketing roles, ideally within the FMCG industry
  • A track record of success in driving brand growth and achieving objectives

Technical Knowledge & Experience Requirements
  • Proficiency in artwork and repro processes, ensuring excellence in brand representation
  • Proven experience in successful creative development and leading Inter Agency Teams & Integrated Marketing Communications Planning
  • Desirable experience in both smaller start-ups or scale-ups and larger branded portfolios, showcasing adaptability and versatility
  • Strong Social & Digital capabilities with evidence of utilizing these channels to drive brand growth and performance
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills at senior levels within and outside the organization, ensuring effective collaboration and support
