HR Administrator X2 -Inside IR35

Contract Term: 6 Months with a possible extension

Contracting Authority: BEIS (UKRI)

Location: Remote

As a HR Administrator your main responsibilities would be:

· Handle HR transactional queries through to resolution.

· Protect personal data, ensuring GDPR compliance in documents.

· Support departments to recruit effectively.

· Have an awareness of the wider HR Function including roles, policies and processes.

· Gather, interpret, and present data, consisting of highlighting data insights, trends, issues and potential solutions.

You’ll have relevant experience in:

· A good understanding of pension schemes and application of the rules.

· Effective time management of priorities and deadlines.

· Display good communication skills, including effective written and verbal communication skills.

· Demonstrate excellent customer service skills

· Exhibit good project co-ordination and organisational skills.

· Stakeholder Management skills at all levels

· Good customer service skills

· Strong communication skills both written and verbal

· Keen eye for detail

· Ability to work at speed in a fast-paced environment
