Role: HR Administrator
Location: NG1 however option to work remote once trained and up to speed.
Salary: £24,000
Duration: 3 month contract
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.30 - willing to consider Part time.
Start date: Mid October 2023
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Administrator will be an integral part of the team’s success.
What you will be doing?
Playing a key and highly visible role in our HR processes, as the HR Administrator you will support on the recent change management projects.
You will work alongside the HRBP supporting with the UK and NI offices.
Duties:
Provide primary administrative support with tasks associated with change management
Undertake day to day administrative and clerical tasks and/or support including preparing HR documents, letters, contracts, reports, filing and scanning as required.
Working alongside the HR Generalist respond to Level 1 HR queries in a timely manner or escalating this to the HR Business Partner for review.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator who has the availability to begin Mid October. You will need to be able to hit the ground running, the beauty of this role is it has the ability to be a Hybrid role once trained and up to speed, the position also will be considered on a part time basis.
