The Role and Department:
We have an opportunity for a Safe Haven Wellbeing Worker to join the organisation on a Permanent basis. Reporting to the Access & Crisis Project Manager. The Wellbeing Worker will be responsible for the daily running of the Safe Haven. They will support any clients accessing the service needing low level mental health support. They will contribute to the team of Wellbeing workers, working together to allow for a smooth flow of the Safe Haven service. The Wellbeing Worker will work alongside 2 Band 6 Mental Health Nurses who will be their clinical lead on shift. The Wellbeing Worker offers clients emotional support, anxiety management, wellbeing techniques and any signposting or referrals to onward services in TOG or external.
