HR Administrator

As a HR Administrator, your responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for all day-to-day HR matters, providing colleagues with professional advice, guidance and support as well as supporting the wider management team.

A snapshot of what you will be doing:

*Manage the HR inbox for all general queries and requests and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.

*Support the on-boarding process of new employees - Preparing offer letters, contracts of employment and ensuring all internal processes of new starters are completed.

*Support the leavers Process - Updating systems, termination letters ,etc.

*Support to maintain and update the HR database.

*Providing general administration support including answering calls, filing and compiling HR documents.

*Take minutes of meetings as required.

*Payroll/invoice administration support

*Support senior management.

About You

Willingness to get involved and to get to know the different people and roles that are integral to our business is essential.

* Experience of working in the care industry would be advantageous
