Revalidation/registration renewal based on length of service £250 refer a friend bonus once referral has worked 100 hours (uncapped – T&Cs apply) Find your own job bonus - Receive £250 for bringing your own position to us Your own dedicated consultant with extensive experience recruiting to social work roles (public & private sector) Daily payroll and in-house payroll system Access to our online careers hub Duties: Assist with the maintenance and improvement of the housing stock Delivering planned minor and major improvement works, providing excellent surveying, management and customer service by working in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders Requirements of the Housing Technical Officer: Be able to raise, check and evaluate asbestos surveys Building or surveying qualifications or equivalent with extensive experience of undertaking major works and maintenance projects including management Excellent knowledge of procurement in the construction industry including standard forms of and administration Excellent knowledge of the Construction Design Management (CDM) Regulations 2015 Excellent knowledge of health & safety within the construction industry Excellent customer services and communication skills Excellent budget control and management skills Be educated to GCSE Maths and English A-C or equivalent Competent in the use of I.T packages, including word, excel, project and outlook Ability to work within a team Contact: This Housing Technical Officer job is advertised by Liam Mouser; if you are interested in this position please click above to apply now.
