Job description
My client is seeking an assistant air conditioning engineer to join our team. No experience is needed but do need to have experience and knowledge of using power tools. The candidate will be on jobs with the air conditioning engineers on site, learning skills and gaining experience. an exciting opportunity for the candidate to become a fully qualified air conditioning engineer eventually.
Job Description:
- Work with customers to design, develop, and install new residential systems with engineer on site
- Work with project team to install new commercial systems.
- Work with field technicians to install and troubleshoot HVAC equipment and other systems.
- Perform field measurements and test equipment in the field.
- Perform mechanical testing of commercial systems.
- Assist engineers on site with customer service calls, warranty claims, and other tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by project managers
Requirements:
. Willing to learn and work towards becoming a fully qualified air conditioning engineer . UK Driving licence
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment with customers, vendors, technicians, and management. . Ability to use power tools efficiently
Desirable (but not required): . F-Gas qualification. . Any previous experience in a similar setting
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00 per year
