It is an exciting time to be joining the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, having recently adopted our Corporate Plan which sets out our priorities for the next five years. We also have a Housing Strategy and Homelessness & Rough Sleeping Strategy which demonstrate our commitment to continuous improvement and our ambitious plans to provide a range of housing support for our residents.
We are seeking an experienced Housing Performance Lead to assist with ensuring that the service's performance is effectively monitored; that complaints, reviews, FOIs and other correspondence is responded to promptly and that learning is disseminated to promote service improvement; that case audits take place to identify training needs and good practice within the service; and they will assist the management team in improving the service and maintaining standards.
