Available Job Today The Extracare Charitable Trust are recruiting for a Housing Officer on a permanent contract to join our housing team. You can be based at a Retirement Village either at Solihull, Coventry, High Wycombe, or Bedford, with some flexibility for home working. You will be expected to work across a defined patch of locations including all areas listed.

Role Details
- Role: Housing Officer
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Salary: £32,160 per annum, plus £3,500 car allowance
As our Housing Officer, you will be expected to carry out the following key tasks:-
- Assess all new residents that move into the village
- Reporting to the Housing & Resident Engagement Manager, you will be primarily responsible for lettings, anti-social behaviour, tenancy & lease issues within our Retirement Villages.
- You will also have an important role to play in assisting to reduce rent arrears.
- You will support the local housing teams in locations to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures, legal and regulatory requirements.
- You will also help support resident engagement in our services.
