BDS are currently recruiting for a full time Housing Customer Service Specialist for a Housing Association based in London.
Pay up too £35,424pa
We are looking for someone to provide excellent personal customer service by working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our customers’ needs are met and the departmental/team objectives are achieved.
Key Duties include but are not limited too;
- Taking the lead in understanding housing, neighborhood and social issues and taking positive steps to make improvements in these areas.
- Making the safety or our residents and communities a priority though effective partnership working.
- Deliver reliably good modern services, working with local communities and building long-term partnerships, and growing and using our position of influence to create positive change.
- To advise and support our customers in resolving their queries and issues, ensuring that their expectations are managed and proactive resolutions are identified.
This is a temp full time role based in Westminster Bridge Road
Hours; Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm
