Job description

Do you have an eye for detail and the ability to supervise personnel and work on your own initiative? If so, you could be our new Housekeeping Supervisor.

This role is a key within the operations team. Not only are they a valued member of the housekeeping team, they will also supervise the other team members, and represent the Building Operations and Facilities Assistant Manager in their absence.

They will monitor performance and maintain the standards, ensuring that the team are supported and focused on the delivery of great housekeeping standards. Not only will you maintain these standards, but with consultation this role can help to shape these standards and drive improvement.

They will organise the team to meet the demands of the building’s activity and ensure that the team have the supplies and tools needed.

This a permanent contract of 24 hours per week. Six days a week Monday-Saturday 6am-10am and/or 6.30am-10.30am, however some flexibility can be allowed to work the hours over five days instead of six.

The salary for this role based on 24 hours a week is £13,253.76. Full-time equivalent salary is £19,329.
