Housekeeping ROLES & DUTIES
Hours of Duty – 40 hours per week – Generally 07.00-15:30. Please note that there is occasional overtime required for this role in the busier periods which will be paid at your hourly rate.
PRIMARY ROLES
Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the office, loos, canteen and warehouse.
Including but not exclusive to the following specific requirements:
- Laundry - washing chefs tea towels, temp staff uniform and other miscellaneous items. Collecting and sending in chefs whites to an external laundry company. Keeping track of this to ensure that all the items sent out are returned to us.
- Cleaning all office areas and tasting room daily.
- Cleaning of the loos daily and keeping hand towels, toilet paper etc stocked.
- Cleaning and keeping the staff canteen neat and tidy. Clearing up after staff lunch daily.
- Various other weekly and monthly cleaning requirements.
- Keeping track of the stock levels of cleaning products and other equipment that you use in order to let your line manager know when to order more.
- Liaising with chefs to pack kitchen utensils needed offsite for events and unpacking these the following day when the event is finished.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
