Responsibilities

• The full servicing of assigned bedrooms and bedroom presentation in accordance with our standards
• Change bed linen, towels and make beds
• High and low dusting and polishing furniture
• Clean bathrooms, including sink, bath/shower, mirror
• Vacuum and mop floors
• Replace stock of guest supplies
• To clean and maintain the hotel’s public areas and bathrooms to the highest standard of cleanliness
• Sort, wash, load and unload laundry
• Iron and press clothing and linen
• Fold clean linen and check cupboards are maintained in a tidy, organized manner and fully stocked
• To adhere to guest lost property procedures
• To report any maintenance issues in bedrooms or public areas to the Duty Manager
• To participate in any training and personnel exercises designed to improve standards and performance
• Wear clean uniform & name badge at all times and ensure a high level of personal hygiene & grooming
• Observe all requirements under Health & Safety regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
• A drive to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness
• Confident, professional and welcoming personality
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must be available to work at weekends and on Bank Holidays

15 hours over 3 days with additional hours available.

Must be available to interview in person.
