We are currently recruiting for the position of Full-Time Room Attendant. A typical day may look like::
- Cleaning of guestrooms and guest bathrooms in the allotted time and within Marriott Brand Standards. Tasks include: making beds, changing sheets, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning all surfaces, sinks and taps, vanities, tubs, showers, walls and toilets.
- Maintaining proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized housekeeping cart.
- Assisting in Laundry Department as required.
- Adhering to all Health and Safety Guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar position preferred.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
- Able to stand and or walk for extended periods of time.
- Able to push, pull and lift heavy loads.
- Neat in appearance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, multi task environment.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work a range of hours including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
