POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Domo building in downtown Montreal is currently looking for a housekeeping attendant. Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need!

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out maintenance of the premises according to the frequency provided for this purpose or when required
• Clean and perform the tasks inherent in the maintenance of floors and carpets in common areas
• Ensure the cleanliness of entrances and common areas, terrace, gym, private room
• Ensuring security and compliance with building regulations
• Maintain a clean working environment
• Maintain property spaces and systems
• Maintain the land, indoor parking, storage spaces
• Wash the windows at the main and secondary entrances

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum relevant experience of 1 to 2 years
• DEP in general building maintenance (an asset)
