We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Content Creator Director to lead our Content Creation team in developing and producing engaging and informative content in the history and culture space. The ideal candidate will have a passion for history and culture, a deep understanding of content creation, and a proven track record of success in managing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Content Creation team in the development and production of high-quality content text, ensuring that all content is engaging, informative
• Develop and implement content strategies that support business objectives and engage our target audience
• Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing and Sales, to ensure the alignment of content with overall company messaging and brand identity
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation, incorporating new ideas and technologies into our strategy
• Manage and develop team members, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and succeed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chinese literature, History, Journalism or related discipline is required.
• 10+ years of experience in content text creation, with a focus on history and cultural topics
• Proven track record of success in managing teams and delivering high-quality content
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful content strategies
• Passion for history and cultural topics and a deep understanding of their importance in our society
• Based on the current situation, reading and writing fluently in Mandarin is necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45.00-$60.00 per hour
