Job description
Cassiltoun Housing Association requires an experienced cleaner(s) to join our team.
We currently have the following vacancies available:
Vacancy 1
Ø Monday to Friday – 6.00 am – 8.30 am (12.5 hours per week)
Vacancy 2
Ø Monday to Friday – 4.00 pm – 6.30 pm (12.5 hours per week)
Your role will be:
· To assist with the daily cleaning of all rooms including floor coverings, walls and paint work etc
· Ensure daily cleaning of all other areas including the kitchen and toilet arears, corridors, hallways, reception areas, and other areas of the Association.
· Ensure that all supplies of cleaning materials/equipment are kept in stock.
· To comply with COSHH Regulations
· To report any maintenance issues to the Head of Corporate, HR & Finance.
· To ensure that all information pertaining to Cassiltoun Housing Association, its operation, tenants/service users and staff remain confidential.
· To open/close the office.
· Flexibility – on occasions, (for example open days, annual general meeting etc) to be able to work beyond the normal hours if required.
· To go about your duties with a positive and enthusiastic attitude – to be confident, hardworking and conscientious.
You will receive:
· Salary: Grade 1/2, PA1-4, £19,891 (pro rata)
· Annual leave: 25 days per annum (pro rata)
· Public holidays: 15 per annum (pro rata)
· Pension: the Association currently offers a contributory pension scheme
