Job description
An opportunity has arisen in our Housekeeping team and we are looking for a Housekeeper to join us at Bettys Cafe Tearooms in York. As a Housekeeper you will be responsible for ensuring the branch is pristinely clean, safe and well-organised in order to deliver a Bettys “Deliciously Magical Experience” to every customer. This role is fixed term until the end of December 2023. This is a Part time role working a minimum of 12 hours over 5 days including a weekend day. This role works a minimum of 2-3 hours per day between the hours of 7am and 7pm. Please indicate on your application form your availability between these hours.
About you
You will have a high level of attention to detail. You will ideally have some previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning work. Some knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety procedures is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
