Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Global Early Talent
As an Early Careers Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment and development of all emerging talent within our business. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Acquisition Advisor and the wider HR team and business to coordinate various activities and initiatives aimed at attracting, selecting, and nurturing talent at the beginning of their careers. This is an exciting role, where you'll provide administrative and operational support in the attraction, selection and development of all early careers populations across the firm, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as the role evolves.

The team
The Human Resources team is responsible for ensuring that Schroders maximises the return on its investment in people. We do this through the development and implementation of policies and practices that attract, reward and retain high quality employees.

What you'll do
You'll be involved in a varied workload supporting all things relating to early talent recruitment.
Some areas of responsibility will include:
Recruitment Support:
- Support end-to-end recruitment across all emerging talent programmes
- Assist with the coordination across emerging talent recruitment activities, such as job postings, candidate screening, assessment centre set up and interview scheduling
- Opportunity to lead on all Infrastructure early talent programmes, including managing stakeholders, creating shortlists, making offers and providing candidate feedback
- Creating contracts and via the Applicant Tracking System and keeping internal documents up to date with responses and status updates
- Processing expenses from candidates and invoices from external providers
- Assisting in any content updates or changes to the early careers pages on the Schroders website
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Help create and distribute recruitment materials, including job descriptions, brochures, and online postings
Event Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of events related to emerging talent development, such as networking sessions, insight events, diversity fast-track events, work experience and ad hoc webinars
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue/ room bookings, catering requirements, audio-visual setup, couriering materials for external events, calendar management and attendee registration
- Assist in sourcing employee support for events, circulating information and liaising with external partners on logistics
- Promoting events through various channels, both internal and external
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the Early Careers hiring initiatives including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents and reports
- Maintain accurate records and files related to early talent programmes and initiatives and supporting with requests for data from the wider business
- Help manage the budget for early career activities, track expenses, and process invoices
- Monitoring and responding to all emails via the Early Careers mailbox and escalating emails where necessary
- Serve as a main point of contact for inquiries related to early career opportunities
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
- Previous experience in a high-volume recruitment role in a fast paced environment
- Experience of prioritising competing workloads, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Organised and adaptable with a knowledge of systems or ability to pick up new systems i.e. recruitment databases (ATS), learning management systems, Microsoft Office
The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help
- Previous experience within a HR environment/ Financial Services
- An interest in early careers development and attraction, with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion
