Healing Manor Hotel is a prestigious venue in Northeast Lincolnshire with an excellent reputation locally for delivering beautiful functions such as weddings, Christenings, wakes, corporate functions and more. Our new Front of House Operations Manager will work closely with the Sales and Events and guest services team. You will oversee restaurant and bar activities and uphold the hotel’s reputation and deliver exceptional and memorable service to all customers.

In this full-time hands-on role, your main duties and responsibilities will be
- Drive Sales & Profitability working with the Senior management team, Marketing and sales and events manager.
- Adhere to and maintain the 2-rosette standard.
- Daily / weekly / monthly reporting of KPI’s including sales, staffing and key-points.
- Manage the Front of House Team, including staff training & development.
- Take Bookings wherever possible, meet and greet customers and deliver exceptional Customer Service experience and understanding of systems such as design by night, guest line.
- Outside catering management and organisation
- Monitor Customer Reviews and meet customer feedback targets.
- Rota Planning and staff plans using Homebase system.
- Induction, Annual leave planning and general team FOH team management
- All banking to be completed in a timely manner.
- Stock Management, Supplier Management & Procurement in conjunction with the Head Chef.
- Alcohol is logged on the stock system and managed effectively through the system to manage waste and loss.
- Overseeing Events, Master of Ceremonies for Weddings, conferences, corporate events, and alternative revenue streams. Table planning
- Fulfilling client meetings for finalisation plans and overseeing Specification sheets prior to event commencement.
- Compliance: License permissions & regulations, EHO regulations, Health & Safety & Fire Safety Regulations, and follow company operating policies and procedures.
- Maintaining all Non-Kitchen appliances are in full clean working order.
- Manage the relevant POS, booking and review platforms: (EPOS), Till uploads and updates.
- Implement and maintain Healing Manor Hotels front of house uniform standards.
- Agree changes with company management before implementation.
- Develop a working relationship with all suppliers– managing stock between the venues to minimise wastage.
- Ensure food leaving the kitchen is well presented.
- Manage email and contact systems to ensure prompt client responses.

Experience
· A background in hospitality and/or corporate events

· Outstanding eye for detail
· Excellent organisational and co-ordination skills

Salary: £27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
