Due to internal progression, an exciting opportunity has become available for a full time Head Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team here at Hunters Bar Veterinary Clinic. You will be able to fully utilise your nursing skills and will play a key role in managing our inpatient and surgical caseload, along with overseeing our team of experienced RVNs, SVNs and PCAs. Our nursing team are exceedingly enthusiastic and confidently run nursing clinics, mobility clinics and provide Schedule 3 procedures to our patients.
This role is ideal for those with previous experience in a similar role, or an experienced RVN looking to take the next step in their career. You will be friendly and used to building and maintaining great relationships with clients and their pets, as well as our team. You will be covering two sites (Hunters Bar and Dronfield) so access to your own transport is essential.
This is a full time role of 40 hours with various flexible working patterns considered, No OOH, with an equal share of weekends worked on a rota pattern (1 in 5 Saturdays 8:30-4:30 ). Salary dependent on experience.
