Job description
Angels Share is a beautiful 31 bedroom boutique hotel perfectly located in the West End of Edinburgh. Our bar is popular with tourists and locals, hosting an extensive range of cocktails and our signature whisky's, alongside delicious fresh food offering. We also have space for private events in the underground Devils Cut. Our hotel is busy with both corporate guests and tourists to the city who love our unique bedrooms inspired by Scottish Icons.
Job Purpose
Maintaining and adhering to the standards set by the company and ensuring each room is cared for under the guidelines and stipulations provided. Communication with the appropriate departments and ensuring all rooms are reset.
Daily
1. To clean rooms to the highest standard, ensuring all damages or changes are recorded.
2. To complete all checklists and ensure communication with management and reception.
3. Report any maintenance faults to the Maintenance Manager, ensuring they are appropriately logged
4. Inform Reception as rooms are returned as clean through Rezlynx , advise Recetption of any late departures, additional stay overs, rooms that need to be off due to maintenance faults etc.
5. Ensure linen counts are correctly filled out and trasfered to Stalbridge.
