Garden Court and Caring Hotel offers stylish, family-run accommodation, a short walk from Bayswater and Queensway Underground Station, and also Paddington Railway Station.

What are we looking for?

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Receptionist.

The role of Receptionist requires you to be responsible for maximising room revenues in line with the Company’s standards, providing efficient assistance to all guest in a sincere and courteous manner, wherever possible going the extra mile to ensure total guest satisfaction.

You are expected to assist guests promptly upon arrival and departure, as per Company Standards for check-in and out procedures, in conjunction with professionally and competently operating the telephone system.

You are required to demonstrate a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel, as well as the local area. Therefore, ensuring our guests are assisted effectively.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, organisation skill and be able to prioritise tasks. They will be motivated and passionate to provide the best service to all guests. At least one year's experience in a receptionist role is essential.
