About the role:
Applicants must be flexible, as weekend work is involved. Due to the location of the hotel and shift patterns, we do require candidates to have a reliable and preferably their own transport to and from work.
Shifts:
- 7am - 3pm
-3pm - 11pm
We are looking for a full-time receptionist to perform all duties of the front desk, including answering phones, greeting guests, checking guests in and out, taking reservations and booking reservations, processing payment, and making reservations. This position is responsible for all aspects of guest service and the efficient operation of the front desk. In addition to performing duties, the position will be trained in administrative tasks such as filing, typing, scanning, photocopying etc. The goal is to ensure a smooth flow of business by assisting our team in their duties.
Requirements:
·Must have excellent computer skills
·Confident in answering telephone calls
·Must be able to type at least 3 hours per day
·Must be able to multitask
·Must be able to work well under pressure
·Must have excellent customer service skills
·Must be able to pass background check
Job Type: Full-time
