The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa is seeking a new Receptionist to join the exceptional Front of House team.
We are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills to ensure that guests have the very best experience during their stay. Experience of hotels and knowledge of booking systems would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.
The main purpose of the job is as follows: -
- To greet guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
- To escort each guest to their accommodation, explaining the facilities throughout the hotel
- To record guest details and input onto the system
- To liaise with all departments regarding guest requirements ensuring all requests are handled promptly
- To accept and process payments
- To make reservations if required
- To handle all incoming telephone calls
- To work closely with other team members to ensure a unique guest experience

This is a full time position of 40 hours per week, which will involve frequent evening and weekend work.
