The Holiday Inn Hotel Bolton is a recently refurbished City Centre hotel.
We are currently recruiting an experienced part time (24 hour) hotel receptionist to join the team.
The role:
- meeting and greeting our guests, including check and check out procedures and dealing with guest enquires
- working as part of the reception team to ensure they exceed guest expectations
- ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards
The ideal candidate will have:
- a positive attitude
- excellent communication skills
- previous hotel reception experience
- experience of front office systems, Microsoft office
- excellent attention to detail
- commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Shifts will include early mornings, late nights, weekends & bank holidays.
