Guyers House Hotel is a four star hotel settled in 6 acres of beautiful Wiltshire Countryside.
We're looking for an ambitious, friendly and welcoming Receptionist to join our Front of House Team. Working within a small team, you'll relish the opportunity to be part of our award winning hotel.
We are looking for someone with a naturally warm personality to welcome our guests and deliver an exceptional guest experience. With high standards across the hotel, we're looking for an effective communicator to interact and liaise with all departments, maintain professional standards and work well both independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will be organised and proactive, with excellent customer service skills, willing to help the team where needed. Ideally, you'll have a background in hospitality, you'll be confident in answering telephone calls and replying to emails in a timely manner.
Previous experience using a PMS experience desirable.
Candidates will need to be flexible to work a variety of shift patterns to include evenings and weekends. This is a zero hours position.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: £7.00-£10.42 per hour
