We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our front of house team here at the Green Hotel in Kinross.
Day to Day
Ensuring a seamless customer journey throughout our guests stay, you will be the first person they see when the arrive and the last person they see when they depart.
Offering our guests exceptional customer service is a must and sits at the forefront of everything we do.
To ensure that all Front of house areas are well prepared, excellent presentation skills are a must and to ensure that all areas are adequately manned in line with business levels.
Working closely and communicating with other departments in the hotel to ensure that the guest journey is well maintained.
To assist in dealing with customer service in an effective and courteous manner,
providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
To be responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and guest billing processes.
Responsible for manning the fire panel when on shift following fire safety training.
Key Requirements
To proactively manage and build positive working relationships with our suppliers, business partners and colleagues at all times.
To administer all routes of reservations to ensure that room bookings are made and
recorded accurately.
To adhere to all fire safety test procedures and to assist in the evacuation process in the
event of fire.
Flexibility around business needs is a must, expected to work weekends and key seasonal dates i.e Christmas, Hogmanay and Easter.
Experience in dealing with billing, sales and reservations is preferred however full training will be provided.
