Dispute Resolution

We are looking for a meticulous individual to join Talbots as a Legal Personal Assistant for our Dispute Resolution Team, with at least 12 months experience within a similar legal role.
As a Legal Personal Assistant, you will be expected to provide accurate administrative and telephone support to lawyers, trainee solicitors and paralegals in our litigation, personal injury and employment law teams.

What the job involves;
- Liaising with Dictate Now and finalising documentation to include emails and letters.
- Administrating client matters using SOS case management system such as file opening procedures, document preparation and formatting.
- Diary management including the booking and scheduling of client appointments and liaising with clients.
- Take initial payments and prepare postings slips whilst ensuring compliance with SRA, Lexcel, Law Society Quality Scheme standards, SARs and accounting requirements.
What you need;
- To be have at least 12 months experience within an administration role in the legal sector.
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
- Competent in using a case management system such as SOS and MS Office applications to undertake a range of administrative duties in a paper-light working environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £21,000.00 per year
