Brownlow's Inn Receptionist’s play a vital role in delivering a great guest experience to all our guests.
They have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed our guest expectation. Often operating on the front line, they are the real ambassadors of our company, and are committed to consistently delivering high standards.
Our Receptionists are hardworking individuals who can work on their own initiative as well as part of a team and are key players in our front house teams, with plenty of opportunities to progress within the team.
As one of our Reception team you are the first and last person our guests see, you set the bar for their visit and you will make sure that everything has exceeded their expectations before they leave.
This position will include shift working as well Saturday and/ or Sunday, on a rotational basis-Additional hours may be required to support the hotel during our busier periods including bank holidays
Previous experience in hotel reception setting would be desirable with possible experience and proficiency in answering of emails, dealing with customer queries and complaints as well an excellent telephone but full training will be provided.
