Job description
We are looking for a live-in manager/ manager couple to join our team here at the Bowes Incline Hotel. The Bowes Incline is a 18 bedroom hotel and pub/restaurant situated just off the A1 near the Angel of the North. We are a family run business, with the Bowes Incline being 1 of 3 pubs that we run and own. We are looking for a manager or manager couple to live on site and run this pub. The successful candidate will:
- Have managed food based pubs/ restaurants previously
- Have a hands on approach when it comes to working
- Lead from the front
- Work well individually and within a team
We believe this is an excellent opportunity and proposition for someone to run an already well-established building alongside our family and management team already in place. The Salary is competitive, and we are willing to speak to both individuals and couples about a salary package that comes with accommodation provided.
