- This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered

- Develop strong relationships with the site leadership teams, working collaboratively to influence and challenge ways of working
- Deliver our people plan and objectives across the two sites
- Focus on the importance of people by providing professional expertise, support and advice to managers and colleagues, encouraging fair, impartial and consistent employee relations
- Manage complex ER issues and share best practice amongst your Supply People colleagues
- Develop employee engagement across the site, encouraging activities to drive improvement
- Participate in working groups to develop and improve people policies and procedures
- Drive effective labour planning, succession planning and performance management activities to meet the current and future needs of the sites
- Coach and develop high performing management teams to ensure a great environment for our colleagues.
- Ensure the effective management of all employee absence and wellbeing policies and initiatives
- Deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
You will fit right into this role if you:
- Have demonstrable experience in a similar HR management role, preferably in an operational environment
- Have a track record of forming and strengthening trusted relationships with business stakeholders
- Have excellent written & verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and present ideas and opportunities
- Can demonstrate excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative
- Can multi-task and work with multiple priorities at pace, delivering results within tight timescales
- Have excellent IT skills including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Enjoy being part of a hard-working team, sharing the same end goal, and celebrating results together
