Our modern Hampton by Hilton hotel in Park Royal is seeking an experienced team member to manage the night-time operation of the hotel. This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of £27,000 p.a. plus benefits and would suit someone with supervisory experience in a hotel environment and a passion for great customer service.
Officially known as a Guest Service Manager, you will be amongst the most senior staff, if not the most senior, on the late/night shift and will be responsible for the Reception, bar, restaurant and kitchen but your main priority will always be giving great customer service to our guests, including ensuring their safety and security. You will also be preparing night audit and financial reports so should be confident with a computer.
Knowledge of working within a Hilton branded hotel would be a big bonus but an understanding of hotel operations in general is more important.
You'll be used to delivering a seamless guest experience and ensuring the smooth running of the hotel operation. This role requires someone willing to get stuck in and be active in manning Reception and the bar and helping with preparing the breakfast buffet.
Hampton by Hilton London Park Royal is a 162-bedroom, focussed service property which opened in Autumn 2020.
