As an exciting start to 2023, we are launching a new five-star bespoke membership club for The Lanesborough and seek to recruit two new team members to join our Hotel Division. As a Membership Executive, you will be assigned to work on various leading hotel accounts (including the new club for The Lanesborough), such as Dorchester Collection’s Coworth Park, Lucknam Park, Luton Hoo, Ashdown Park, Tylney Hall, The Grand at Eastbourne, Historic Sussex Hotels and many more. In all cases we ensure to deliver a world-class customer service for all points of contact.

The role requires you to create and develop new relationships alongside maintaining and nurturing existing; all with the same level of exceptional service throughout. Full training is provided to ensure you are able to accurately relay all required information in an inspiring and confident manner. Previous experiences of sales is not required, although knowledge of working with luxury brands is extremely helpful; but more important is to have a positive and polished telephone manner.

The role is office-based on Bagshot, Surrey and applicants must be available to attend on a daily basis, although some occasional home working may be required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: £17,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
