About the role

The Partnership Portfolio Manager will be joining the Brand Partnerships team at an exciting time as we add new partners to the portfolio and growing as a team. Reporting to the Lead Partnership Manager, this role will be responsible for managing several partners within the portfolio to deliver our brand partnership and sponsorship plans as well as developing new partnerships to support business needs or seek new opportunities to diversify our portfolio. The team are responsible for maintaining the relationships and partnership contracts for some of our biggest brand partners such as England Rugby, Emma Raducanu, BST Festival, Brewdog, Whispering Angel, The White Company and many more exciting brands. They also partner with a large network of colleagues across the business including working closely with our marketing communications, content hub and PR teams.

About you

We are looking for a creative candidate who is a self-starter to manage a number of partners to ensure we are optimising value from each partnership for the benefit of British Airways. We manage events which are often outside of business hours and sometimes overseas, so the successful candidate will need to be flexible and support the diverse and exciting opportunities that arise through working with our partner network.
