Job Description
We are currently seeking a IS/IT Tech Lead - Service Management Office reporting into the Director, Business Solutions, PMO RR.
This is a Fully Remote position!!
- Oversee the governance and policies of the Service Management Office
- Oversee the management, and continuous improvement of IT Service Management standards and policies
- Oversee the process for all ITSM components: Incident Management (inclusive of Major Incident Management), Request Management, Problem Management and Change Management
- Promote system stability metrics and assist teams in recognizing patterns and areas for improvement
- Work with incumbent provider to hold teams accountable for major incident root cause analysis and actions to remediate issues
- Act as ServiceNow product owner and work closely with developers to establish a system roadmap that allows BTB to get the most value out of their licensing
- Act as an escalation point for major incidents and process deviations
- Oversee the operations of the IT Service Desk
- Identify opportunities for service improvement, inclusive of improving Customer Satisfaction and end user experience
- Define and establish service goals, expected outcomes, and measurable results
- Establish and chair Service Management Council to ensure ITSM processes are supporting BlueTriton Brands' system stability and growth
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated

- Ability to reprioritize quickly depending on the needs of the organization
- Experience in M365 suite
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience
- ITIL v4 certification
- Experience in ServiceNow
- PowerBI experience
