The Job Role
- Hotel Manager of a 200+ bedroom full service hotel
- Leading a stable hotel team to deliver on the commercial strategy
- Leading from the front, the Hotel Manager will be the face of the hotel, reporting into a General Manager
- Delivering the financial budget
Requirements
- This role would suit an experienced Operations Manager from looking for their stepping stone into General Management
- You will be an experienced manager of people within hotel operations, either limited or full service hotels.
- Full service hotel experience essential
